Hi, I'm Amber, the owner of Amberssadoor Services and your home project partner. After more than 20 years in corporate roles, most recently in account management, I was impacted by a layoff. It became the push I needed to build something of my own around work I've always loved: helping people create spaces they're proud of.
For years I've painted, organized, and assembled furniture in my own home, and happily pitched in for friends and family. Painting and decorating are my happy place. There's nothing better than that before-and-after moment when a room finally feels finished and inviting.
My career was all about taking care of people: managing projects from kickoff to done, communicating clearly every step of the way, and earning long-term loyalty by simply doing what I say I'll do. I bring that same approach to your home. I show up when I say I will, keep you in the loop, treat your space with respect, clean up when I'm done, and sweat the small details so you don't have to.
I'm based in the Rowlett, Garland, Sachse, and Wylie area, and I'm glad to travel a little further for a small trip fee. When I'm not working, you'll probably find me chasing a good sunset, cooling off in the pool after a long day, tending my new sourdough starter, or drinking a little too much coffee — usually with my three rescue dogs underfoot. I'm also the proud "favorite aunt," and I'd love to help make your space feel like home.
